Au total, la dématérialisation et la production des courriers sortant portent sur plus de 1000 modèles de courriers différents, une centaine de règles d’aiguillage pour nos traitements, 11 filières d'éditique et 1 filière coffre-fort

FWU n’a subi qu’un très faible impact de la crise sanitaire au Luxembourg car l’accès immédiat aux contrats dématérialisés a permis à l’activité de se poursuivre normalement, malgré le confinement et le travail à distance.
